I enjoyed this small restaurant with great Italian food. I like the unique pizza&#39;s and pasta dishes. He portions are very large and the food is amazing! Great service as well!

Located in a small strip plaza, this tiny family restaurant was hardly noticeable until I searched for dinner ideas on OpenTable one day and decided to give it a try. There&rsquo;s a take-out counter at the front like your neighbourhood pizza delivery stores. Inside there were 5-6 small tables which filled up very quickly &ndash; fortunately we had a reservation. D&eacute;cor was plain but clean. There was only one server (I think he&rsquo;s the owner or a family member) looking after all the tables. He was busily going in and out of the kitchen all evening but checked on us every now and then to make sure everything was fine. I ordered the mini rice balls and Baked Asiago Crusted Shrimps. The shrimps were very fresh. My daughter had Pappardelle di Bosco &ndash; it&rsquo;s one of the best tasting truffle cream sauces we ever had; it&rsquo;s just a bit on the salty side for me. I was disappointed that they didn&rsquo;t have Tiramisu. The server explained that they don&rsquo;t serve Tiramisu regularly; they only make it as part of a set menu. The experience was generally good. I plan to return and try their pizzas.

Nodini and fresh bread was good. The mushroom pasta dish was excellent. The eggplant parmesan was average and the veggies on the side you could tell were undercooked and frozen before being steamed and served. They also had little taste. After I sent them back, I received a caesar salad that could have been mixed better with the sauce. In terms of the service, the server was attentive but sat us near the kitchen door when the restaurant was not busy. Make sure to ask not to sit near it as it did not close properly and distracted us during our meal. After reading the other reviews, we were expecting more quality italian food. The mens&#39; bathroom was missing a toilet paper dispenser and the women&#39;s bathroom did not have soap properly installed( sitting on the counter). I hope that our experience is uncommon and others enjoy their experience more in the future. It felt like it was designed to be a take out place and seating was added in an after thought. We felt that they didn&#39;t care we were there.
